Third Keyholder

Overview

ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Third Keyholder. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team.

• Drive and exceed store financial goals through delivering a World Class shopping experience for guests.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise & inventory, and maintaining operational & administrative excellence.
• Provide training, coaching and professional development for the ECCO store team.
• Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures; assign goals and motivate employees to maximize potential.
• Communicate applicable information to fellow management and employees.
• Maintain strong communication, prioritization, organization and follow-up skills; act as a Brand Ambassador by resolving customer service issues with good judgment.
• Contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability; model effective selling skills and on-floor leadership.

• Strong communication skills; ability to prioritize work; superior organization & follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture; model leadership for your team.
• Experience in retail management or keyholder roles preferred (as implied).

• Compensation:
  Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience.
• Bonus:
  Quarterly performance bonus based on store results and position.
