Shift Supervisor (Full time) –
Location: Estero, Fort Myers, Florida.

Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Shift Supervisor assists the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives as outlined in the store’s budget, trains staff to meet production goals and merchandising standards, ensures customer service expectations and mission integration, and maintains full adherence to all company policies and procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent. One year of retail sales experience preferred.

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale, donation systems, office computers and telephone.
• Ability to work in stressful conditions, make good judgment, and maintain patience.
• Follow oral and written instructions and apply business‑related mathematics.
• Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout and customer service.
• Physical requirements:
  
  bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods; occasional outdoor work in varying temperatures.
