The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and supports sales goals. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and representing the brand.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Support company initiatives, team training, and the consistent execution of brand and store standards.
- Build clientele through networking and strengthen customer connections across in-store and alternative purchasing channels.
- Provide management with feedback on customer needs, category opportunities, and business results.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
- Operate a register and stand, walk, lift, and climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
