Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
Position OverviewWe are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator for our client based in Estevan. This is a newly created position, offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the development of strong financial processes and reporting.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Controller and play a key role in supporting full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and overall administrative functions within the department.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping
- Complete monthly reporting, analysis, and accruals
- Support year-end preparation and reporting processes
- Assist with general ledger (GL) maintenance, controls, and reconciliations
- Review and analyze financial adjustments, submissions, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
- Perform additional duties as required
- 4–5 years of experience in a finance and/or accounting
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
