Fountain Tire Estevan an established automotive repair shop is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative!

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service specialty tire service wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff on the road site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

• Experience in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor Parts Advisor or Inside Salesperson is required
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
