In this role, you will assist project managers and engineers while coordinating construction activities and document management on-site. Key tasks include preparing contracts, reviewing compliance documentation, and facilitating communication with subcontractors. Your ability to stay organized and respond quickly to changes will ensure the project runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support construction project executives and managers
• Assist in creating contracts and work authorizations
• Manage compliance documentation and communications
• Update job status and track lead information
• Attend meetings and aid project closeout efforts
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in construction or engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Background in construction is beneficial
