ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re growing our team to support a major construction project in Northern Saskatchewan and are looking for motivated survey professionals who want more than just their next job.
This is a Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) position expected to continue through 2032, offering stability, challenging work, and opportunities for career growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support survey operations on a major project.
- Lead or assist in leading a field crew while promoting teamwork, communication, and accountability.
- Perform field surveys and data collection activities safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate field notes, sketches, digital data, and project documentation.
- Complete required field administration, safety assessments, and reporting.
- Ensure survey equipment and company vehicles are operated, maintained, and stored appropriately.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and commitment to quality work.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Field surveying experience, preferably in construction.
- Knowledge of field survey equipment, data collection methods, and survey procedures.
- Leadership potential and a desire to continue developing your technical and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Willingness to travel and work rotational field assignments.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, terrain, and environmental conditions.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to successfully complete required pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
