Position: NOC 21200 - Architects

Overview

Green Tech Resources Worldwide Canada | Full time

Provide architectural design and technical documentation for building projects across multiple sectors. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver code-compliant, functional, and sustainable buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural concepts and design solutions from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Prepare and produce architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
  • Coordinate design work with structural, mechanical, electrical engineers and other consultants to integrate building systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning bylaws, accessibility standards, and sustainability requirements.
  • Attend client meetings, present design proposals and revisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into project deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections during construction, review contractor submittals, and respond to requests for information.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Registered architect or eligible for registration with the provincial regulatory authority.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in building design and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency with CAD/BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD, and construction documentation workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, permitting processes, and accessibility requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
