Architectural Designer at GreenTech

We are seeking two full-time Architectural Designers to develop and manage technical documentation for building projects. This role involves preparing architectural drawings and coordinating with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards. You will engage in client meetings, incorporate feedback, and oversee site inspections through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and design solutions from inception to completion

• Produce architectural drawings and technical documents using CAD/BIM

• Coordinate with varying engineering disciplines to align building systems

• Ensure all designs meet building codes and standards

• Attend client meetings, presenting and revising design proposals

Requirements:

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program

• Registered architect or eligible for provincial registration

• Minimum three years in building design and documentation

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and CAD/BIM workflows

• Strong project management and communication skills
