Elevate student experiences as an Educational Assistant at Pleasantdale School, Estevan, SK. This impactful position is aimed at helping learners with diverse and high behavioral traits.
In this permanent role, you will work closely with students to assist with life skills and academic endeavors. Your responsibilities include ensuring personal care and facilitating safe transitions for students. Adaptability and collaboration will be key as you support different groups and individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid students with diverse and high behavioral needs
• Lift weights as necessary and provide transportation support
• Attend to hygiene and medical needs diligently
• Prepare academic and life skills programming
• Supervise small groups and assist student interactions
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma from an authorized institution
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
