Early Learning Coach

Position: Full-Time Early Learning Coach
Become the go-to Early Learning Instructional Coach with South East Cornerstone School Division in Estevan. This full-time role emphasizes practical guidance and community connections for early years programming.

This temporary role starts on November 6, 2026, and extends to June 30, 2027. As a vital member of the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre, you will ensure high-quality family programming. This position demands a Bachelor of Education degree and at least five years of teaching experience within early education to effectively lead programs and provide critical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre's programming

• Foster connections in southeast community early learning

• Offer home visiting support to families of children 0-5

• Collaborate with SECPSD Prekindergarten and Kindergarten teachers

• Assist in transitioning children 0-5 to formal education

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education degree required

• Minimum five years teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of early learning educational trends

• Proven track record in early childhood education

• Enthusiastic, organized, and a motivated team player
