Support student success at Redvers School as an Educational Associate. This temporary role focuses on individualized supervision and life skills programming for students from September 2026 until June 2027.
As an Educational Associate, you will work six hours daily, directly engaging with students to ensure their personal hygiene and safety needs are met. This role is essential for helping students transition effectively and involves collaborating closely with teachers to design educational programs tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift students and classroom supplies up to 60 pounds

• Transport students in your personal vehicle when needed

• Attend to personal hygiene and medical needs of students

• Plan and implement life skills and academic programs

• Supervise intensive needs students and small groups effectively
Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma from recognized institutions

• Valid driver's license for student transportation

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Familiarity with educational software

• Background in educational or behavioral assistance preferred
