Join Redvers School as an Educational Associate, focusing on vital student support in a temporary role. Assist with life skills programming and provide individualized supervision every day. This position lasts from September 2, 2026, to June 25, 2027, and involves working six hours daily. You will engage directly with students, helping them transition successfully while addressing personal hygiene and safety needs.

The role also includes collaborating with teachers to prepare effective educational programs.

• Lift students and supplies as needed up to 60 pounds
• Transport students using a personal vehicle when required
• Attend to personal hygiene and medical needs
• Plan life skills and academic programs under teacher guidance
• Supervise intensive needs students and small groups effectively

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma from a recognized institution
• Valid drivers license for student transportation
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of computer software used in education
• Background in educational assistance or behavioral education is an asset
