Become an Educational Associate at Estevan Comprehensive School to help students thrive. This permanent position is dedicated to supporting diverse student needs and effective learning.
Beginning September 2, 2026, the associate will assist students requiring additional support, work on life skills, and ensure a safe learning environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and adapting programs to student requirements. Flexibility and a commitment to educational principles are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in behavioral management and safety plans
• Prepare life skills programming tailored to students
• Attend to students' health and hygiene needs
• Supervise intensive needs students and small groups
• Use a personal vehicle for student transport as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma from recognized institution
• Valid driver’s license for transporting students
• Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively
• Experience with educational software tools
• Qualifications in First Aid or behavioral support are advantages
