Position: Instructional Coach for Early Learning Programs
Shape the future of early childhood education as an Instructional Coach in the South East Cornerstone Public School Division. This full-time role focuses on enhancing family programs at the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre.

Beginning in November 2026 and lasting until June 2027, this temporary position involves collaborating with families of children aged 0-5. You will guide early educators and strengthen community ties to provide quality early learning support. Your commitment to early childhood development will be vital to the role's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance for the Estevan Family Resource Centre

• Build community relationships for early learning

• Deliver home visiting support to children 0-5

• Oversee SECPSD Prekindergarten and Kindergarten support

• Assist families through transitions to formal schooling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education

• At least five years of early teaching experience

• Strong grasp of current early childhood trends

• Proven success in education roles

• Class 5 Driver's license for necessary travel
