Educational Associate

Position: Permanent Educational Associate Role
Estevan Comprehensive School invites applications for a permanent Educational Associate position starting September 2, 2026. Engage with students to help them develop academic and life skills in Estevan, SK.

In this vital role, you will work primarily with students who have diverse and intensive needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting personalized learning plans and interventions, as well as supervising student activities. You will be tasked with ensuring students can safely integrate into group settings while addressing their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with high behavioral needs effectively

• Plan and prepare tailored academic and life skills programs

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene for students as needed

• Supervise students during transitions and small group activities

• Provide student transportation using your vehicle when necessary

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma from a recognized educational institution

• Valid driver’s license required for student transport

• Experience with educational software and technology

• Diploma in educational assistance or similar is a plus

• Excellent adaptability and teamwork skills
