Educational Facilitator at Cowessess First Nation

Drive student success as an Educational Facilitator at Southeast College in Estevan, focusing on Adult Basic Education. Collaborate with instructors to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

This contract position will run from August 24, 2026, to May 31, 2027, working directly with both teachers and students in a virtual classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include technology assistance, monitoring student progress, and customizing tutorials to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support online learning for Adult 10-12 curriculum

• Guide students in utilizing technology effectively

• Monitor progress and manage assessments

• Provide necessary instructional materials and support

• Conduct group or individual tutorials to enhance understanding

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma with additional post-secondary education

• Educational Assistant certification or related degree is a plus

• At least one year as an Educational Assistant

• Experience in adult learning and cultural contexts is advantageous
