Support French language acquisition as a temporary Resource Curator with SASKATCHEWAN DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE. Enhance K-12 education by organizing and creating educational resources for classrooms.
This role involves collecting and curating resources that aid instruction for both elementary and secondary grades in Saskatchewan. Collaborating with French teachers across the province is essential to ensure resources meet curriculum outcomes. You will also promote the Resource Bank and facilitate training to support educators in improving their teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and share French educational materials
• Align resources with Saskatchewan curricular standards
• Collaborate with educators to enhance resource quality
• Produce instructional training videos for teachers
• Facilitate focus groups for resource development
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proven French instruction history
• Knowledge of core and immersion learning outcomes
• Comfortable with online collaboration platforms
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
