Support diverse student needs as an Educational Associate at Carlyle Elementary School in Carlyle, Saskatchewan. In this temporary role, you'll assist students and manage behavioral support daily.
Carlyle Elementary School is seeking an Educational Associate starting immediately through June 25, 2027. Your hour-long workdays will focus on assisting students with diverse and intensive needs. Key responsibilities include personal care, planning life skills programs, and supervising student interactions to foster successful transitions within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with high behavioral needs effectively
• Plan life skills programming with teacher guidance
• Supervise small groups and intensive needs students
• Attend to personal hygiene and medical requirements
• Lift students and equipment as required
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma required
• Valid driver's license for student transport
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
• Knowledge of educational software preferred
