Engineering Co-op Student (4-month term) Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities- Support for Drone operations when required.
- Analysis and design work leveraging Drone data to be used in infrastructure projects, reclamation projects, and dragline planning.
- Update of AutoCAD maps.
- Support for daily data entry and work with different data sets for purposes of analysis or tracking of information.
- Other duties as required.
- Be currently enrolled in a civil, geological, or mining engineering programcovers.
- Have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Have a strong knowledge of software including but not limited to Excel and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt to tight deadlines, sudden or frequent changes in priority. ale demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Please note that the successful incumbent will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transportation to site and accommodations. The Estevan Mine is located approximately 12 km from the city of Estevan and 16 km from the town of Bienfait.
