Safety and Environmental Manager Position

Lead HSE initiatives at Cam Tran, a premier transformer manufacturer, to promote a safe workplace environment. Focus on continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards.

The Safety and Environmental Manager will be instrumental in shaping Cam Tran's HSE program, reporting to the Vice President. You will develop training materials, manage incident investigations, and ensure all policies align with regulations.

Your role will also involve fostering a culture of safety and supporting various teams to enhance safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align environmental health practices with local regulations

• Develop and conduct training for safety compliance

• Manage safety incident investigations and corrective actions

• Evaluate existing safety frameworks for improvements

• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis for production activities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in health, safety, and environment

• At least five years' experience in a multi-site manufacturing role

• Knowledge of risk management and behavioral-based safety

• Certification in safety (ASP or CSP) desired

• Proven project management and leadership skills
