Take on a strategic role at as the Engineering Director for Core Experience, overseeing member engagement and implementing cutting-edge technology practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Engineering Managers and enhance team cohesion
• Innovate membership management and rewards systems
• Guide development for critical engagement surfaces
• Optimize systems for seamless cross-product operation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience in delivering consumer-facing products and platforms
• Proven ability to develop shared product capabilities
• Interest in integrating AI into engineering workflows
• Skilled in navigating startup or fast-paced environments
