In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for customers, addressing their financial inquiries and guiding them to appropriate banking resources. Aiming to enhance client experiences, you'll help educate clients on digital banking trends and processes while ensuring high-quality service. As an integral team member, you'll also support cash transactions, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with service transactions and advice
• Guide clients to appropriate banking staff for solutions
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support frontline staff with cash and compliance tasks
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 1+ years of experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
