Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and document patient care requirements
• Create and execute personalized care plans
• Foster collaboration with healthcare teams and families
• Attend staff meetings for professional development
• Maintain superior communication standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) mandatory
• Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing diplomas accepted
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required
• Registration with CRNS or CRPNS needed
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
