You will be responsible for offering personalized care, teaching essential life skills, and honoring the rights of people with disabilities. Flexibility in hours is necessary to meet clients' diverse needs, including community involvement and personal care routines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a meaningful rapport with clients
• Support decision-making and individual choices
• Create and follow support plans for outcomes
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in living environments
• Encourage participation in community activities
Requirements:
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in a related field
• Two years’ experience with individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral support strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and support clients physically
