Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior analytics partner to account, strategy, and executive stakeholders, translating business objectives into scalable, best‑in‑class measurement frameworks that power social‑first and commerce‑driven growth.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping marketing, retail, and digital investment decisions through clear, data‑driven insights tied to revenue impact.
  • Own the end‑to‑end measurement strategy across paid media, influencer, social, and retail media, ensuring a direct and measurable connection between spend and commercial outcomes.
  • Forecast and quantify incremental revenue and retail lift across eCommerce and brick‑and‑mortar partners by developing predictive models that link media investment, influencer engagement, and social performance to sales velocity and conversion.
  • Design and operationalize advanced ROI frameworks, including brand lift, sales lift, incrementality testing, multi‑touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling to optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and long‑term growth.
  • Build scalable systems to evaluate influencer effectiveness, content performance, audience growth, and conversion impact, translating insights into creative and platform optimization strategies.
  • Identify emerging consumer behavior and digital engagement trends to inform brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and go‑to‑market planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing analytics team, cultivating a culture of analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and executive‑level storytelling.
  • Oversee the development of scalable data infrastructure, including structured databases, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, and standardized executive reporting.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in marketing, media, or agency environments, with demonstrated ability to apply analytics and research to drive client strategy and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in research, analytics, and measurement, with a proven track record of leading complex, high‑impact initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies, including brand tracking, brand and communications strategy, brand lift studies, regression analysis, Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and digital and site analytics.
