This full-time role focuses on revolutionizing Vena's go-to-market strategies. You will design and operationalize workflows that integrate automation, ensuring scalable and efficient processes. The role also requires you to manage effective data strategies across tools to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI-driven workflows to optimize GTM efficiency

• Develop and support data integration strategies across platforms

• Create an ongoing cadence for AI and automation workflows

• Ensure reliable monitoring and quality assurance practices

• Measure success through clearly defined performance indicators

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Rev Ops or GTM

• Hands-on ability in automation tools and API integrations

• Strong skills in analytics and SQL

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Snowflake

• Aptitude for transforming ambiguous goals into actionable plans
