• Create automations to streamline workflows and reporting
• Utilize AI tools for effective workload management
• Monitor capacity KPIs and report on efficiency gains
• Collaborate on redesigning processes for better outcomes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a relevant Analyst role
• Experience in automation tool implementation
• Familiarity with LLMs in workflow design
• Strong analytical skills for prioritizing tasks
• Competence with Jira, Confluence, and other essential tools
