Job Overview

Vena’s GTM engine is scaling in complexity. The role leads the transformation of how Vena goes to market, designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows that turn signals into action, while ensuring governance, measurement, and adoption across GTM teams. The successful candidate will change the way our GTM operates through more impactful AI use, efficiency across GTM, and scalability across the entire selling journey.

Responsibilities
  • Drive greater efficiency and scalability through the design and implementation of workflows that connect GTM signals to outcomes, replacing manual processes with standard, measurable operating patterns.
  • Lead signal-driven lead/account qualification and routing with clear SLAs and exception handling.
  • Build research and personalization automation leveraging existing systems and pre-built agent concepts to reduce rep/admin time and improve message quality.
  • Automate partner motion tied to partner objects, sourcing taxonomy, and reporting readiness to improve pipeline attribution and partner execution.
  • Build and maintain reliable integrations, automations, and data sync patterns across the GTM stack to improve data quality and reduce tool sprawl.
  • Establish an AI/automation operating cadence with clear owners, SLAs, and documentation.
  • Instrument and monitor automations for throughput, failures, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop paths.
  • Define success metrics for each workflow, trace results in Power BI, and drive adoption through enablement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Rev Ops, GTM Engineering, or Sales Ops Engineering with deep exposure to CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouse environments.
  • Hands‑on ability to build automations/integrations with production discipline.
  • Advanced SQL and analytics engineering patterns.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, Snowflake, or Power BI in production GTM use cases.
  • Track record of translating GTM goals into clear build specs and delivering iteratively.
  • Cross‑functional partnership experience with Sales, Marketing, or Partners.
  • Understanding of GenAI/agent concepts with emphasis on governance, QA, and measurability.
  • Interest in AI-driven solutions to enhance performance.
  • Experience with enrichment waterfalls and CRM sync patterns.

The base salary range for this role is: $141, CAD.
