• Develop and maintain ITOM solutions within Service Now ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
• Good understanding of Service Now toolsets.
• Service Mapping and Discovery:
  Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
• Event Management Implementation:
  Configure event rules, alerts, and notifications within Service Now Event Management to automate incident creation and response.
• ITOM integrations experience or knowledge (SailPoint, SAP, SCCM, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Interacts with client management to answer questions, solve problems and requests regarding complex system issues.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience working with appropriate Service Now ITOM functions and tools.
• Certifications in Service Now ITOM space like discovery, service mapping etc.
• Experience working with company products and services.
• Experience working with company and client documentation and Service Now ITOM Management procedures.
• Experience developing complex Service Now ITOM Management implementations and organizational processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
