The Saskatchewan Foster Families Association seeks a motivated Support Worker for household management. This casual position emphasizes cleanliness and organization in homes for children in care, with variable hours.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help maintain a safe and orderly home environment essential for children and youth. The ideal candidate will excel in independent work and possess strong time management skills. You’ll engage in various housekeeping tasks to support the overall well-being of the home’s inhabitants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Organize and sanitize kitchen areas including furniture and appliances

• Dust and clean living areas, including bathrooms

• Manage laundry—washing, folding, and putting away seamlessly

• Log tasks completed to track household care

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Completion of a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

• Valid Driver’s License is necessary

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures is required

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
