The Caretaker position is vital to maintaining Hillcrest School's facilities. You will work for 2 hours daily, ensuring cleanliness and safety for students. Preferred qualifications include cleaning procedures knowledge, experience in caretaking, and general mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the school premises
• Operate equipment like tractors and mowers
• Follow cleaning procedures and use safety protocols
• Address basic mechanical and plumbing tasks
• Collaborate with staff to support public education ideals
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education, Grade 12 preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Fireman's Certificate an asset
• Knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment
• Experience in caretaking is advantageous
• Commitment to the mission of South East Cornerstone School Division
