Join Nelson Motors and Equipment as a Parts Lead, spearheading inventory management and parts support across multiple locations. This full-time role offers mentoring opportunities and a friendly work atmosphere.

You will take charge of the daily operations of the Parts departments while ensuring strong customer support and mentoring team members for success. The ideal candidate possesses solid parts knowledge, especially with John Deere machinery, alongside experience in customer service and parts operations. Your contributions will directly support departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional parts service to customers and teams

• Coordinate and manage inventory processes efficiently

• Mentor staff and enhance departmental workflow

• Assist in achieving sales goals through customer recommendations

• Ensure safety and organization throughout the Parts department

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of parts experience in relevant fields

• Strong familiarity with John Deere products preferred

• Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain forklift certification

• Ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
