Position: Full-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

In this position, you will report to the Primary Health Care Manager and work closely with health teams to provide essential services to urban and rural communities.

Your role will include health assessments, disease prevention strategies, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills are crucial to succeed in this dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health needs and provide appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Educate communities on health promotion strategies

• Engage in quality improvement and clinical redesign efforts

• Maintain effective communication with both patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• MN-NP degree in Nursing

• Three years as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Primary Health Care

• Eligible for the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• BLS and ACLS certifications
