Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family‐centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing acceptable
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma acceptable
• Nursing diploma acceptable
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

• Interpersonal skills
• Decision making skills

• Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to keep effective work relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds
