Support patient care at Radville Marian Health Centre as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This casual role offers varied shifts and emphasizes teamwork and effective communication.

In this position, you will care for residents in the Chronic Resident Unit, supporting both acute and long-term care. The position requires a Practical Nursing diploma and LPN license, along with strong organizational and leadership skills. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal care for patients and residents

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

• Assist with home care and chronic patient needs

• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

• Organize care plans and maintain leadership roles

Requirements:

• Completion of Practical Nursing diploma

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Valid driver's license if necessary

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be available at least two days per week
