The Galloway Health Centre is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse for its Chronic Resident Unit. You will provide crucial support as part of a multidisciplinary team, offering education and optimal care during various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. The position requires a Practical Nursing diploma and an active LPN license in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health and healing among clients and residents

• Provide patient education and support for care plans

• Collaborate effectively within a health care team

• Document patient care and maintain accurate records

• Assist with daily living activities and health assessments

Requirements:

• Practical Nursing diploma completed

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be available for all shifts and short notice calls
