As a vital member of the Chronic Resident Unit, you will deliver essential health education and care.
Your role as an LPN promotes an optimal environment for patient well-being while collaborating with a skilled healthcare team. Ensure you hold a Practical Nursing diploma and maintain LPN registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate health promotion and patient education
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide direct support and care to residents
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Adapt to various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing required
• Current LPN registration with CLPNS
• Competent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available for shifts including weekends and holidays
