Join St. Josephs Hospital in Estevan as a full-time Registered Nurse specializing in Additional Authorized Practice. Support underserved populations through clinical care and outreach services.
This role requires the RN (AAP) to provide nursing services within Saskatchewan Health Authority's Primary Health Care team. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating common medical disorders, case management, and client navigation. You will leverage clinical judgment and comply with RN AAP practice standards in a supportive urban setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services per Clinical Decision Tools
• Support case management and triage client presentations
• Conduct assessments and treatment of health concerns
• Facilitate connections and referrals to healthcare providers
• Promote effective relationships within the SHA and community
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of two years recent related nursing experience
• Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale Certificate (CTAS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
• Registered/Eligible for registration as RN(AAP) with CRNS
