*** Examiner et valider les devis des fournisseurs, en veillant au respect des prix approuvés et des limites de réparation.
* Assurer la conformité des fournisseurs aux exigences qualité et réglementaires (FAA / EASA / TCCA, etc.)
* Analyser les coûts, délais et performances fournisseurs
* S’assurer que toute la documentation aéronautique est conforme (certificats de conformité, 8130-3, EASA Form 1, traçabilité)
* Collaborer avec le service qualité pour le respect des procédures internes et audits
* Veiller au respect des politiques d’achats et des exigences réglementaires
* Diplôme universitaire en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, administration des affaires, ingénierie ou un domaine connexe;
* Minimum 3 à 6 ans d’expérience dans l’aérospatiale, la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de préférence dans un rôle de gestion des réparations ou de MRO;
* Solides compétences analytiques avec un sens aigu du détail;
* Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
* Manage the full procurement cycle: purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up
* Ensure availability of critical parts based on production requirements
* Execute AOG and urgent purchases while meeting operational constraints and deadlines
* Monitor backorders and propose alternative solutions when required
* Review and validate supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with approved pricing and repair limits
* Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (FAA / EASA / TCCA, etc.)
* Analyze supplier costs, lead times, and performance
* Ensure all aeronautical documentation is compliant (certificat es of conformity, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, traceability)
* Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure compliance with internal procedures and audits
* Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with the Engine Event Management team (ROCS)
* Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align priorities with shop requirements
* Support Engineering and Quality in resolving technical issues, non-conformances, or actions resulting from supplier audits
* Contribute to supplier selection and qualification processes when required
* University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
* Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace or supply chain, preferably in a repair management or MRO role;
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
