C-Store Manager

Carnduff Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a full-time permanent basis at our new C-Store based in Carnduff, SK.

Carnduff Co-op currently has 3 locations operating in the town of Carnduff, and is excited to bring more services to the community. What you’ll do:

• Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day.
• Oversee theoperationandadministrationofthegasbarand c-store functions.
• Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits.
• Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will work closely with the location team members and the General Manager of Carnduff Co-op. The C-Store Manager will have 12 direct reports. This co-op strives to cultivate a culture of community, diversity, and collaboration.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Have 4-6 years of retail experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.
• Have a high school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• You are honest and trustworthy.
