In this position, you will serve as a key contact for customers seeking parts for their vehicles or equipment.
Your role encompasses providing expert recommendations and sales assistance over the counter and on phone calls. You'll also help maintain store organization and partake in product merchandising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, effective assistance to customers
• Sell parts and clarify product compatibility options
• Make suggestions for related products during sales
• Accurately process transactions through various payment methods
• Keep the store and display areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• Experience in counter and telephone sales preferred
• Familiarity with automotive and agricultural parts
• Basic knowledge of heavy duty components is beneficial
• Proficient with computers and point of sale systems
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
