Senior Full Stack Developer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Canada.

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of strong experience with the MERN stack (Mongo
  
  DB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
• Proven track record of developing front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience in both technical planning and implementation‑level software design.
• Understanding of requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches.
• Excellent personal organization, with the ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
• Be comfortable working without routine supervision.
• A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies.
• Proven track record of practical, thoughtful problem‑solving skills.

• Work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain the software applications.
• Maintain a high level of quality across all of your work.
• Commit to and deliver on those commitments.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with team members and the team lead.
• Ensure the software you develop is well‑documented.
• Follow the project's software development lifecycle.
• Attend and contribute to company development meetings.
• Be responsible for developing and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards.
• Lead the development of major software components, systems, and features.
• Leverage your expertise in Software Development to mentor and coach the team to raise the overall output of the development team.
