Aalyria is hiring an Integration Engineer focused on Spacetime Onboarding, where you'll enable customers to efficiently start using advanced aerospace communication technologies. Collaborate and code to optimize customer experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will support customer onboarding by gathering critical technical information and translating it into Spacetime’s systems. Your proficiency in gRPC and programming languages will be essential in automating processes and ensuring technical support. Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to navigate any technical challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to discern their integration needs
• Collect data on ground segment and RF specifications
• Automate processes using Golang, Java, C++, or Python
• Initialize and configure Spacetime instances for users
• Provide ongoing technical support throughout onboarding
Requirements:
• Profound understanding of networking technologies
• Expertise in gRPC and protocol buffers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail in technical requirements
• Capacity to juggle multiple engagements effectively
