Shape the future of Dropbox through innovative Identity systems as a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer. This role involves leading software design efforts in a Virtual First company.
As part of Dropbox's transformation to a multi-product model, you’ll focus on re-architecting Identity systems to ensure they support evolving user and company needs.
Your role encompasses large-scale distributed systems design and effective collaboration with product teams to execute technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with product and internal engineering teams
• Deliver high quality software with a strong action orientation
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support the engineering manager
• Champion collaborative values within the engineering team
• Engage in on-call responsibilities as part of the role
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of engineering experience in relevant fields
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Experience in supporting high traffic platform services
• Proven ability to implement a roadmap for large systems
• Prior familiarity with Python and GoLang is advantageous
