As a full-time Equipment Operator, you will be integral to maintaining municipal roads and assisting with snow clearing during winter months. This position encourages your independence while also valuing teamwork in our friendly environment. We are looking for someone motivated to learn and possess mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader for year-round road maintenance
• Conduct snow clearing operations in winter
• Perform ditch mowing when required
• Carry out regular maintenance on equipment
• Support municipal tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is mandatory
• Class 1 or 3 license advantageous
• Prior heavy equipment experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and dependable
• Must obtain necessary safety training
