Steam-Est Industries is hiring a Class 5 Utility Operator / Driver to join our team in Estevan.

This is an opportunity for a dependable, mechanically inclined person who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build experience operating commercial trucks and industrial-service equipment. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Our work takes place throughout southeast Saskatchewan, and our operators are home every night. No two days are exactly alike.

• Operate Class 5 service and water trucks
• Deliver potable water
• Service portable washrooms
• Assist with septic, vacuum truck and hydrovac work
• Perform pressure washing and industrial cleaning
• Load, unload and handle hoses, tools and equipment
• Complete vehicle inspections, paperwork and job documentation
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and ready for work
• Work safely around customers, crews and equipment

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 drivers licence
• Acceptable drivers abstract
• Dependable, punctual and willing to learn
• Strong safety habits and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable performing physical outdoor work
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Pride in caring for trucks, tools and equipment
• Available for overtime, scheduled weekends and an on-call rotation
• Commercial driving, equipment operation, farming, construction, oilfield or industrial-service experience is an asset but not required. Current safety tickets are also an asset.
