Working with GFL, you'll manage commercial and residential routes, ensuring proper waste disposal and customer satisfaction. This hands-on position requires strong driving skills, attention to detail for vehicle maintenance, and interaction with customers. You'll also have responsibilities related to the safety and cleanliness of the service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect waste using a front-end truck along designated routes
• Interact with customers and answer questions on-site
• Conduct vehicle inspections and complete condition reports
• Manage cleanliness around the truck during collection
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required
• Minimum one year of commercial driving or CDL school certificate
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Capable of following safety standards consistently
• Ability to operate a truck in tight spaces
