Accounts Payable Manager

Leading a team of four, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the accounts payable and travel & expense functions, managing the entire AP cycle from invoice receipt through payment and month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the AP team, including goal setting and performance reviews Own the end-to-end AP cycle, including invoice intake, approvals, and vendor inquiries Manage AP workflows in Coupa, Brex, and Net Suite, ensuring data integrity across platforms Required qualifications Demonstrated experience leading an accounts payable team Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Hands-on experience with Coupa and Net Suite;

familiarity with Brex is strongly preferred Solid understanding of month-end close processes and AP controls in a public or audit-ready environment
