Property Administrator – Etobicoke, Ontario
Colliers, one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate services firms, invites qualified candidates to join our team as a Property Administrator. The role is site‑based in Etobicoke and focuses on customer care, administrative support, and enhancing tenant relationships.
Responsibilities- Assist the Property Manager with daily operational tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and tenant correspondence.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, occupants, vendors and contractors.
- Respond promptly to occupant needs to meet lease obligations and licensing agreements.
- Maintain the property utility database, manage account transfers, and keep the property shared drive organized.
- Support the service contract bid process, complete job code forms and maintain the portfolio contract summary document.
- Process work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate, preferably office.
- Strong decision‑making and customer‑service skills, proactive, results‑oriented, and resourceful.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
- Experience working in a high‑volume environment.
- Familiarity with real‑estate software such as Yardi and MRI, especially contracts and license agreements.
Approximate range: $51,000 – $60,000 (annual). Salaries are determined by role level, location and individual experience.
